This "Wholeness through Movement" session is led by Marie Laken and focusses on movement and breath, from a starting point of stillness in God's Word. It aids relaxation and facilitates core strength.

Welcome to Spring Meadow Farm and a New Year.
We continue to welcome groups and individuals to the peaceful retreat centre - with 30 acre of woodland, traditional oak-frame barn and cafe, for their own christian meetings and events. Later in the year we plan to renovate the cabin to provide a more comfortable quiet place for small groups.
We hope to put on a programme of led retreats also - details will follow.
This year will see continuing progress on the new field and woodland with work days planting new hedges and sowing wildflower seeds. Let us know if you are interested via the contacts page.
